My mother (Debbie Patton) is the one who had most of the direct contact with True2Form. The only contact I had was the initial appointment set up. They were very helpful by allowing me to fax the insurance information to them as well as them faxing me the page my mother needed to review and sign. That expedited and simplified the process. As for my mother, she said she is incredibly satisfied. She said the car looks great-- possibly even better than when she purchased it which says a lot because it is only about 3.5 months old! It was a 10 plus been to several body shops my dad sold cars and never had service like this you all got a 10 plus from me car looks great you need the servpro logo we make it like it never even happened. Am very happy with it
