'I must say this has been the easiest vehicle repair that I have ever gone through.Craig and all his staff kept me up to date on my repairs as they were being done (sending the pictures of the current status of your vehicle is AWESOME!) It was an honor to deal with Craig even though he was providing a service to me and my company and fixing our vehicle but its not everyday you get the Manager of a facility to be able to take time (from everyday duties of running a facility such as this)and actually taking my vehicle apart to properly give me a 100% estimate(I went and had to get 2-other estimates for my van and they did not do or go to the measure that Craig did!That is why I chose to have work done here!and now I will never use anyone else for my repairs business or personal!) Thank-you Craig and Staff for all your professionalism.'

'The total experience was great. The repairs were completed in the timeframe that was expected and the new bumper matches very well. However the delivery of the vehicle blew me away. The inspection to make certain the repairs met my expectations was expected but the newly washed vehicle was not expected. Then I got into the van and had to look around to make sure it was the right vehicle. I did not expect the interior to be cleaned while it was in the shop. This extra bit of customer service was above & beyond my wildest dreams. The little bag of candy will also be appreciated.'

The body work was great. The customer service is great too. The only bad thing is the Toyota emblem on the front bumper looks like it's about to come off. But other than that, the body work, paint, n customer service were good. I would recommend anybody to true2form.

I was very pleased with my experience with True2Form, Morganton. The work done to my car was perfect. I have no reservations about returning there if I ever have any other insurance claims. The staff that I was in contact with were very polite and friendly. I was happy to receive courtesy calls concerning the progress on my car, as well as the pictures and emails. I appreciated the extra mile they went in cleaning my car, even the front of the interior. All the way down to the bag of goodies that was left for me. Thank you for your time and hard work.
