I had a wonderful experience. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful especially the receptionist. Which helped alot since my car was hit at my apartment at night and I was not able to prove anything. The work was awesome. It looks like my new car back. They were even helpful in getting the repairs done 1 day earlier than they told me. I will definately take my car back and recommend Gerber to others.

The service was excellent. The work came in as estimated and my car looks great. Then, they went the extra mile; the manager (Darrell Ferguson) realized he lived nearby and saved me a lot of time by actually picking me up so that I could get my car when it was finished. Amazing. Even more so in this day and age when businesses claim to provide service but only at their convenience.

Vivctor Stewart was awesome -- taking his time to explain my options and trying to deal with an insurance company who would not budge on their quote . This is my 2nd experience with this shop -- i will go back for the 3rd or 4th ! (The best part is my truck looks great ! )

Service was outstanding. Darrell provided top not service, and fought my insurance company to get my aftermarket navigation radio replaced, when the insurance agent said it wasnt covered. They went above and beyond the call of duty to replace my radio. Door, glass, everything looks brand new. Being a car junkie, I can tell the quality of service that Gerber provided for my truck. Definitely would recommend this place to all of my friends and family. Great staff, great work, and I am very happy with my truck.. Looks like brand new. I hope they enjoyed the cookies!
