Great Communication! I know problems arise when you dig into car damage. You don't know what you'll find. Kelley kept me informed through the whole process and I'm completely satisfied. The car was fixed correctly and Gerber did not cut corners, in order to meet some date.

Can you say WOW!!! What great customer service I received. I took my car in to Gerber for repair from an accident. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and how may I help you. Thank you Simon for walking me through everything making sure I understood what was going to be done. I wish to thank everyone for the quick turn around on my car. Thought it was going to be a week I got it back in 4 days and she looks amazing!! The guys did a great Job!! Thanks again everyone. A very satisfied customer. I would recommend to family and friends.

Being in a wreck is a terrible experience, but these guys made it as painless as possible. I loved getting the text message updates, and they emailed as well so I knew when my car would be ready and could plan accordingly. They finished exactly when they said they would, did great work for a great price, were so nice and pleasant to work with. And my car looks better than it did before the fender bender. What more could you ask?

Gerber Collision & Glass was a great shop to bring my vehicle to. The staff was very helpful in giving me confidence that everything would be taken care of in a professional and timely manner. I had an awesome experience at an unpleasant time and I would like to attribute that to Kevin D, my Estimator. I had previously received an estimate from a nationally known company and was very dissapointed by the way they treated me. When I came to Gerber I was treated with kindness and excellent customer service which made me feel welcome and appreciated. Kevin was very knowledgeable and he explained the process and went the extra mile to ensure that I was safe driving my car until I brought it in for repairs. My grill was completely demolished and some brackets were missing which jeopardized my safety as my hood could have flown up while driving. He removed the grill and stablized my hood and to ensure that it would remain in place. Just taking the time to do something so small and seemedly insignificant was very significant in my ... decision to choose Gerber for my repairs. Kevin was very informative during the repair process and he provided realistic expectations and called to informed if there were any changes. I would refer family and friends to Gerber for any repair needs in the future. Kevin is definitely a great asset to your company. I do realize that there is a team that works with him to make him look good as well. They guys in the repair and body shop did and excellent job to my vehicle it looks brand new and I love my car again. Thank you to the Gerber Family for taking care of my repair needs!
