Amazed at the great customer service. I have worked with the public in my current job for over 28 years, and was very impressed with the great service provided by Brett and the rest of the staff at Gerber. They followed up with me very regularly, and were always returned my calls promptly and very helpful in answering all my questions. Brett really put my mind at ease about the repairs and what the results of the repairs would be. Thank you

Great service!!!! 10! 10! 10! This was my second visit to Gerber Concord and I will never go anywhere else! They are the BEST!! They take excellent care of their customers and their vehicles! Tawnya is wonderful to work with! She goes out of her way to provide you with the best service, providing updates regularly and communicating with my insurance company! She is honest, informative, and extremely helpful! She makes sure you are given the best service! I have also met a few other employees working behind the scenes and they are the same way! I trust and know my Jeep is in great hands at Gerber Concord!

Tex provided great service. He communicated frequently with us, ensured our car was fixed satisfactorily, and personally inspected it with us when it was done. He is friendly and pleasant. The entire Durham staff provided great service.

Frank took great care of us. He was able to work us in so the car would be fixed before my son went back to school, provided frequent updates of progress, and the body work looked like new. We highly recommend Gerber.

We have had the unfortunate pleasure of having work done at Gerber in Concord three times in the past 6 months, only one of those being our fault. We cannot say enough great things about the team at Gerber!!! They are professional, do great work fast, and kept us informed every step of the way. Tanya is awesome as the main contact. I feel like we not only got great service but made a new friend. Thanks for the amazing service!! nobody ever wants to need a body shop. If someone sees that invisible target on our Pilot and hits us again we'll certainly head back to Gerber in Concord for more great service.
