We had a great experience with Gerber Collision! We dropped off the our car at the Holly Springs, NC location and they hauled it to Miami Blvd in Durham, NC for the actual repairs. Both offices were wonderful! Stan (Durham office) was wonderful! He called us frequently, he kept us up to date in all aspects! He is an extremely nice guy and definitely understands how to provide excellent customer service! The Holly Springs office also made arrangements to bring my husband home after initially dropping off the car! That was a HUGE help to us! All around, we were beyond impressed with the customer service we received! It was like a complete opposite experience from dealing with other companies and was a breath of fresh air! They did an outstanding on repairing my truck when it was damaged, the paint job and everything was excellent. If anyone read this and needs service, this would be the business to call and by the way, the are very nice and friendly on personal and business wise.

Car also had body damage. They kept me informed of repair time and started working on it sooner than planned! Had it repaired 3 days ahead of schedule and when I couldn't pick it up when I agreed, they had no problem leaving materials in the car and let me know to call with any questions.

The car looks wonderful. The mechanics also painted a small yellow post rub that was probably three years old and now I can't even see it. And although I did not notice it on my walking around in picking the car up, as soon as I got out of the car at home and walked around it again ..... low and behold, your amazing staff had also buffed out my clouded headlights. Also, the car was finished a full day earlier than promised, even though I could not pick it up early.
