We were very pleased with the quality of work on our 2013 VW Passat. Also, we appreciated the effort by Jeff and his staff to have the car ready for us since we live 500 miles away in Cincinnati, and were coming to the area for a grandson's birthday is it was so convenient to have the car ready for us ahead of schedule so we did not have to make another trip.

Excellent customer service. Frank kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle repairs every step of the way. I never had to call to find out what was happening. Front office staff very friendly and it was nice to have coffee and goodies available in the waiting area. My vehicle repairs were exactly as I expected, and I was pleasantly surprised that the vehicle was so clean when I picked it up. If I ever have need for repair in the future, I will return to Gerber.

Over the years I have had about 3 collision repairs done here. Each time they just get better and better. They are timely, helpful, good communicators of when your repair will begin and be completed, provide great customer service and best of all is the outcome! My car looks amazing and there's no way you can tell that the repair was done. They have a great reputation and that is why I always go back (unfortunately). But I definitely refer them to those in need of collision repair.

I know the shop crew worked hard for him on the repairs. Rodney and the front office staff, Pam, Jill and Tiffany, kept me informed every step of the way. Cliff even checked in with me on the service I received. I work in Risk Management at the City of Raleigh and assure you my compliments are not exaggerated.
