I was impressed at the efficiency of the shop. Drop off and pick up were fast. The estimate to the insurance company was prompt, and I am completely satisfied with the turnaround time of the repair. Scott kept me informed every step of the way. I always knew what phase the repair was in, without asking. At the pickup, he explained the repair to me. I felt good the car was in a capable shop like Gerber. The damage to my Nissan Altima was COMPLETELY ERASED! Very impressive. My thanks to everyone that repaired my car.

An unpleasant occurrence was followed by a very pleasant experience at Gerber. I felt totally at ease throughout the entire process. The work looks spectacular. They definitely get my recommendations. And did I mention that they dealt with the insurance company regarding the repairs so I was relieved of that aggravation. Plus they kept me updated every few days with a progress report. Awesome!!

Shout out to Clelia P, customer service rep! I observed her for 3 hrs while waiting on my windshield. She remained professional and courteous as she interacted with customers in-person, on phone and with technicians.
