Did a great job fixing the body of my car but I don't know if the adjuster missed it or Gerber did but ever since I got it back there's a loud roaring in the front of my car now which sucks but they did a great job on everything else.

The staff at Gerber Collision in Durham provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. They went above and beyond in ever phase of my auto collision repair form the first phone call to handing me the keys after the repair was completed. I highly,highly recommend this Gerber location. Gerber has always done great work on my vehicles. I have tried other area body shops in the past but since finding Gerber would not consider anyone else. I have recommended family members also take their cars to Gerber.

The staff is wonderful, I have no complaints about the work done the finished work was awsome. I loved how they kept me updated with curtious calls & text about my SUV, I also recieved my vehicle back earlier than expected. They even cleaned my car ???? when I received it back it was nice and clean inside and out now that I really really appreciated.. A new customer for life oh yeah I received a lifetime warranty on the work done I highly recommend them.
