Though my repairs to my car were wonderful, I wanted to give a very heartfelt thank you to Gail who works the front desk. I've been to Gerber twice over the past year and Gail has always been on top of everything, so pleasant and caring. She goes well beyond customer service. I picked up my car before closing yesterday and left my cell phone in the office. I discovered it was missing and called minutes before the office was going to close for the day. Gail not only kept my cell phone safe, but STAYED at the office AFTER CLOSING to wait for me to get there to retrieve my phone. She was so sweet and kind and certainly did not have to do that for me. What a gem you have in Gail. Easily the best experience I've had at a body shop. They only took a few days to fix a bad repair by another shop. Everybody in the front office and out back were so nice to deal with. They asked for my input and even made some suggestions to save me money (which turned out fantastic by the way). I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend them and if I ever need damage repair, I'm sure I'll just head straight there

Everyone I met at the shop was very nice and knowledgeable. I felt like they listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. My car was completed 3 days early and looks great. I have no complaints about the service or the work performed. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Gail was extremely helpful whenever I gave the front desk a call and my estimator Elaine was great at communicating the progress of my car's repairs! My car looks as good as new!! I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone that needs an auto body repair!
