Kate and Mallory were great employees. Their customer service was top notch. My experience was quick and easy. The body work speaks for itself. It looks as if the vehicle was never involved in accident and the paint job was pristine. The guys in the shop really knocked it out of the park. Thanks Gerber Team!!

We found the people at Gerber Collision to be very friendly and helpful. We were able to get our estimate From Gerber Collision in Garner within two days of the accident. They reported the estimate to our insurance company immediately. They scheduled the repair for two weeks later, which was much sooner than our experience with other repair shops. They were able to make the repair in one day. The repair work was excellent and the service people made this a pleasant experience.

Brought my 2010 Toyota Corolla in today for extra service, The original work on the car was completed to perfection and by the book.. Rodney S. had me to come back in and clear up the driver side headlight so I would have a matching set, Rodney is a man who goes above and beyond the call the call of duty to satisfy the customer. He is a strong asset to the company .. I am completely satisfied and will refer Gerber to everyone

The price was the most reasonable of the 4 estimates I gathered and the work was first class. Thank you Paige and the rest of the staff for turning a not so pleasant auto wreck into the best possible outcome.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my repairs were completed - a week earlier than the computer projected. Not only that, but the repair was absolutely flawless on my 14 year old car. The employees were wonderful! I will have no trouble picking Gerber for my next repair if ever needed.

GREAT WORK!!!! Vehicle returned on time and as expected. I arrived either early or late in the day. Many technicians were arriving or leaving for the day. EVERYONE there took the time to make sure I was getting the assistance I needed or just stopped for a second to ask about my day. It is never good when you need to start your day at an auto body shop, but it made the experience much better realizing that I had chosen a shop that emphasizes recognizing and appreciating its customers. I hope I don't need a body shop again, but if I do, I will definitely spend my money with Gerber Rocky Mount.
