Everything was great, it was a smooth process, the estimate was pretty close and the time frame was what I was told, about a week. I had a smashed passenger window and body damage from the same act. I was treated with respect and my overall experience was wonderful. Good job! My car looks great and you guys washed and cleaned my car inside and out, I was vary impressed.

Guest service. For those of you that don't know the difference between customer service and guest service, you have not been treated like family. Your loss! Kevin at the E Ridge Rd location took time TWICE out of his hectic day to take care of 2(two) chips in my paint. Explained to me what he was doing as he was doing it. Suggested the technique in how to apply paint also instructions on what to do after. Ended conversation with a handshake and telling me at ANY time to stop back and would take care of it again. Kevin NEVER charged me for his time and service. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU AT GERBER!!!! Joe N
