My quote was given a couple of hours after I handed in the car, and the repair was done at the promised time and to my full satisfaction. Everybody I encountered were friendly, nice and efficient. Great service and the pace and which they repaired my car was great. I would hate to have to keep bringing my car for repairs but when I do it will be with Gerber. Ps. The candys are a great touch!

I would like to express my appreciation for the wonderful service by our estimator, Dave Zilly who put our concerns at rest. It was a difficult time for us and just to have one person stay in contact and keep us updated on the repairs made things easier. When we went to pick up our vehicle, Dave gave us his time to let us view the finish product and offered his services if any questions were to arise at our exit. This is the type of service that makes a difficult time bearable. Thanks Dave!

Words simply cannot express the professionalism and quality of work provided. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, and all questions I had were quickly and accurately answered. I had to return when my check engine light came on after getting my car back and they went out of their way to identify and solve the problem. The customer service was second to none. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to any friend or family member. Rest assured that they will repair your car as if it was their own.

About two years ago, my insurance company, USAA, recommended I take my car to Gerber Collision for repair. I was very satisfied with the attention I received and workmanship on the repair. Recently i decided to have my truck painted and have some body work done on my MGB roadster. Because of my past experience, I took them to Gerber and, again, I was very satisfied. I worked directly with Sarah Mcconnell as the estimator and the General Manager, Rick Quagliato. Both gave outstanding service in taking care of me and my automobiles.
