Thomas R. was professional, courteous, and called regularly with updates on my car. I am pleased with the services my car received at Gerber Collision on Boulder Hwy. I already referred people there. I am happy and grateful my car was able to be repaired, in a timely manner, and that I am able to drive it!

I can not tell you enough how much Gerber Collision & Glass has been the epitome of service, professionalism and friendliness they have bestowed upon me when I have my Camry done in their facility at Decature Blvd., Las Vegas NV. I would like to mention Erika L. and Daniel .for a superb team player they were in making everything worthwhile doing business with Gerber. Excellent work, you raised the bar so high, tough act to follow!

I have had two vehicles requiring windshield replacement in the past six months. For the first replacement, Kris S responded to my residence for the repair. Mr. S was professional in the way he conducted himself, and went above expectations in the way he explained the repair, and follow-up care instructions. For the second vehicle's repair I drove to the Las Vegas location at 5947 Boulder Highway. I was greeted by the receptionist, Hillary, who was very pleasant and welcoming. Despite some technical issues(power kept shutting off) and some construction, Hillary remained upbeat and positive. I was glad to see that it was Kris who then advised that he would be completing the repair to my vehicle. Your service was outstanding. The people we dealt with were professional and attentive to our needs. We were kept advised of the status of our repair during the process. The car was ready when promised, and the work was beautifully completed. In fact, your shop went beyond in cleaning up a couple of extra marks on the doors. Thank you. After crashing my truck Infinity insurance recommended I take it to Gerber for repairs. They did an excellent job. There is not a trace of the accident and Ruben has gone above and beyond to make sure I am completely satisfied with the work that was done.

Everything was great. Enjoyed the service performed here. Didn't have to leave the premises to get a rental car. That was top notch. Usually you have to go somewhere else for a rental car.
