Thomas, Richard (GEICO), Rob, and the rest of the staff at Gerber Collision were awesome! From the first call I made clarifying the location (and being provided great directions, I knew Gerber was different. When I walked into the shop that first day, the entire staff treated me with courtesy, respect, and like I was important and a valued customer. It was great! I particularly appreciated the updates, initially from Rick and then from Thomas; these updates kept me posted as to the status of the repair. As I was driving away from the lot, one of the hoses popped off and I knew something was wrong; well, I pulled over, called Thomas and both he and Rob drove to my location and fixed the problem. They were great; no issues, no hassle, just "we'll be there immediately" Together they put the hose back on, Rob drove the car back to ... the garage, and then the crew at Gerber fixed the problem and they ensured everything was fixed and then test drove it to make sure it was A-OK. It is and I am one happy camper. Gerber is the company I will recommend to anyone who needs an auto repair specialist. They are amazing the the work is unparalleled. Thank you Gerber! read more

I am very pleased with the repair work done on the body of my Lexus. Also, it was a very nice surprise to see that Gerber went the extra mile by repairing some dings in the paint job and correcting a dent not related to the accident. My car is is the cleanest and shiniest it's been in a long time. Also, Cathy and Aremy were very nice and extremely accommodating. It was a pleasurable experience.
