My suv was there 3 1/2 days and I had no less than 5 contacts from Gerber to give me up dates on the progress and assure me that the work was progressing . I worked in a body shop part time during college and have a good feel for the operation, Gerber was excellent in all regards especially customer contact, fast,efficient and the end product was 100% satisfaction. I would highly recommend Gerber.

They did a wonderful job as usual. This is the third time I have had the pleasure of using this location and each time it just get better. They are alway friendly and on time with everything that they say they will do. I had need of a rental and Cathy called the rental company for me and had them come out and pick me up. Upon completion of the job it was just a matter of dropping of the rental at their location and again Cathy made the arrangements for the pick up. The repairs were done on time and the car looks great. When there was a delay due to additional damage being found Gerber handled the changes with the insurance company and had the vehicle done at the same time that I received notice from the insurance company that the additional repairs had been approved. Can't get better service than that.

The staff here was super helpful and knowledgeable. I made my appt. on line via GEICO, reserved the rental, showed up on my scheduled appt. day, adjuster was prompt and super friendly. Estimator and rep quickly processed my claim, I went right next door (HOW CONVENIENT IS THAT?) and picked up my waiting rental vehicle with Enterprise. Dropped my car on a Tuesday, morning, was notified on Friday morning that it was done and ready to come home. I would have given FIVE stars except I have to return because a piece is missing from inside my trunk that covers the lights and it looks like they forget to place back that cover piece and now I have to go back to pick it up necessitating another trip to Gerber, but the body work is seamless, and there is no evidence that the car had even sustained any damage. I am 61 years old and have had my share of dealing with repairs to my cars, Gerber collision is #1 on my list now , Aremy J A. was the best customer service man that I have ever dealt with in any profession, he was very informative of the procedures and what I should expect from Gerber during the repair of my vehicle, his communication was perfect, he was polite and respectful and completely aware of my needs, he even referred me to Enterprise rentals to make the whole process go easier. My car was fantastic when I picked it up , everything was perfect, he even greeted me by name when I entered the office..
