We would like to commend the excellent service that we received from Sarah. Sarah was as nice as can be. She really made us feel welcome at this location. We took the car to another collision shop, prior to coming here and they were unable to fix the problem. We really appreciate Sarah for taking the initiative to call USAA on our behalf and get it approved. She even got us a rental car. We were so happy when we found out they were able to fix the problem. Thank you for hiring such an exemplary employee as Sarah. She is a true asset to your establishment. You can tell that she really loves her job by the way she treats her customers. We will tell our friends and family about the great service that we received from Sarah at Gerber Collision located at 4920 W. Cheyenne. Thanks

We really appreciate Sarah for taking the initiative to call USAA on our behalf and get it approved. She even got us a rental car. They ended up taking the car to the dealership. We had previously asked the other collision place not to take it to Ed Bozart Chevy because of all the bad reviews. They ended up taking it there anyways. We really appreciate Sarah for taking the car to Findlay Chevrolet for us. We have had really good experiences with them and they have really good reviews. They were able ... to figure out the problem at Findlay. Thank you for hiring such an exemplary employee as Sarah. She is a true asset to your establishment. This is the 2nd time I've had repairs done at this location. I was treated with respect from my first phone call to my last. Everyone is extremely willing to help and offer the correct information in a timely manner. James (estimator)is a class act. Even though he gets very busy he always takes the time to explain details in a friendly manner. When the repairs were finished, it was a perfect job. I am impressed with Gerber's service, again.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. These folks are just amazing; they kept me informed along the way by email; did a fantastic job on the body work and detailed the interior of the vehicle. I lifted the hood a week after getting my SUV back and to my shock and surprise, the engine was steam cleaned! Thank you Gerber for saving me the necessity of doing so - it was to be done when I got my vehicle back. When my car was brought out to me, the service tech noticed one tire was soft - took it back and checked all 4 tires. Super service - very highly recommend.

Gerber kept me updated on the progress of of the repair status often. I was extremely happy with the repairs made, and the very reasonable time frame for completing the repairs. The Vehicle was returned completely washed and appeared as if it had been detailed! Looked better than when I bought the vehicle! I would certainly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to friends and relatives. Thank you for the good work !

Gerber Collision is the best! I used Gerber collision before under different managing . I didn't know this before I made the choice to get my 2013 Rouge repaired. I recommend Gerber Collision because they are affordable, accurate, close, explain thoroughly the procdure , willing to work with you on financing . The manager Monica is very nice and supportive . The team that she has put together is excellent. I had an issue with a battery (dead cell). I didn't have to leave home to get problem solved. They sent out a technician who replaced the battery within 45 minutes. Gerber collision at 3009E.Post Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89120 gives 100 % and more. ***** rating Yes !

Alfred is awesome! I came in this morning after running over a tire tread last night and left 20 minutes later with the dislodged under panel put back in place, secured and at no charge! Now that's customer service. I will return when and if the need arises. Great job! Thanks!

Great friendly staff. Everyone communicated well with a call or email everyday my vehicle was in your possession with a status update. Thank you for the proactive measures you and your team took to keep me in the loop and feel comfortable with the situation. Being the reason I was brought to you guys in the first place was a car accident I was not at fault for my was not happy about the situation to start with. THANK YOU for the great customer experience aside from the repaire work I revived being outstanding! All aspects in every area I was helped with i am more then pleased with! The customer Service was great everyone from the Geico to the Gerber Guy was great. Even had my car ready in 3 days instead of 7. The rental Car is right on the property Enterprise and the experience with them was great customer service. The benefit is how Gerber gives and stands by the work done as long as you have the car..
