The insurance company was American Access, 2211 Butterfield Rd, Downers Grove, IL 60515. It was not on your list. Eva W. was the Estimator. She was great to work with, was experienced, and kept me informed. I am very happy with the work done. It looks original! My car is a 2006 Lexus, but it looks great. That is why I wanted Lexus parts used when they could. I picked up the car on June 10, 2017, but have been too busy until now to write a review.

From the minute I arrived at Gerber , although I was pretty shaken up, the procedure for my repairs was explained to me by Stephanie, who was calm and helpful. Although I could see she was very busy. I was kept informed at each step by Stephanie and Dan as the repairs progressed. My little 2005 Toyota Prius looks as good as new. Dan also was most patient in explaining all the work. It is good to know I have a lifetime warranty also. Kudos to all your staff at the LV Cheyenne office!

Gerber Collision & Glass on Decatur in Las Vegas provided all-around excellent service, beginning with the initial phone call and the professional front-desk staff. I was very pleased Colleen R. was my estimator. She was engaging, informative, and thorough. Most importantly, my car was repaired quickly and perfectly. I also liked the convenience of Enterprise Rental being only a few steps away. I highly recommend this location.

I had some minor front end damage on my 2017 Tucson, and was referred by Geico to Gerber Collision on Decatur. The appointment was for the next day after my call, and the work was done in one day. David was very professional, and he made sure every issue was taken care of. I would highly recommend Gerber based on my experience with them. It's even nicer that Enterprise Rental cars is just a few steps out the door. This was a very positive experience dealing with David and Meghan. Five stars!

Jesus ! Hahahaha ! That's a compliment for one of the mechanics you have with that name . Super helpful ! He understood my concerns regarding my car and the safety i needed . He reassured me that once it is done it'll be as good as new. I was sad about what happened to my car but then again meeting Jesus makes me think, it'll still ok to have my car after that violation the culprits did to my car ! You should have more of him . He's a savior in a human form . I thank the real Jesus for jesus!

I was nervous about dropping my car off because of all the damages. Once I got there and spoke with my GEICO rep and my Gerber adjustor I felt at ease. I love how you kept me updated and in the loop through the whole process! My car looks amazing I can't even tell it was ever damaged! Thank you for doing such a great job! My Estimator Jesus turned the bad impression i had on you guys to make me a Promoter for Gerber . He always keep me update with my car from start to finish and gave me the best customer service i could ask for. Overall 5 stars for Gerber Collision for there services. Thank you !!

Gerber Collision is the best. Did a great job in repairing my car, they even washed my car when complete! Staff very friendly & professional, especially Max & girl at the front desk, sorry, forgot her name. I will definitely recommend Gerber Collision to friends & family.
