Her attention to detail, exceptional communicsation skills, and excellent customer service, made the experience better than I could ever expect. The car is looking great, better then before the accident, and I give credit to the work your people did. I would love to recommend your company to anyone who needs Your service in the future. The insurance company was American Access, 2211 Butterfield Rd, Downers Grove, IL 60515. It was not on your list. Eva W. was the Estimator. She was great to work with, was experienced, and kept me informed. I am very happy with the work done. It looks original! My car is a 2006 Lexus, but it looks great. That is why I wanted Lexus parts used when they could. I picked up the car on June 10, 2017, but have been too busy until now to write a review.

From the minute I arrived at Gerber , although I was pretty shaken up, the procedure for my repairs was explained to me by Stephanie, who was calm and helpful. Although I could see she was very busy. I was kept informed at each step by Stephanie and Dan as the repairs progressed. My little 2005 Toyota Prius looks as good as new. Dan also was most patient in explaining all the work. It is good to know I have a lifetime warranty also. Kudos to all your staff at the LV Cheyenne office!
