The expected date for getting my car back was the 21st. I got it back on the 16th. My husband and I already had a busy day ahead of us. The day got busier when we received a call from Jonathan, saying our car was ready. The consistent thing that was said for our day, was "blame Gerber for being too awesome. The car actually looks brand new in the places it got fixed. Plans for getting a car wash got canceled as well. The car now looks amazing, highly recommended Gerber for your auto repair needs.

I am so impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff! We were kept up to date daily and our vehicle was done sooner than expected! Kara was amazing and deserves a raise!! She helped us understand all of our vehicles problems and made sure that the other insurance took care of everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing!!

WOW! Let me first start by saying that I am so grateful that Shannon was the person I spoke to at the beginning to start this whole process. She was so patient with answering all my questions and just made this whole process very seamless. I felt taken care of and Gerber Collision even directed me in directions I didn't even think about until they presented options for rental car options and guided me through the process. Even when Shannon was out, Aftynn and Patrick were stars with helping in answering questions. My car came out new almost same as one I brought. They doing really awesome job and work with me thru someone's insurance company and also they keep update to me let me know how it going and when it will be done or any problems just give me a call or email me. I'm very appreciative with their job with my car. When I had a little problems with my car then I bring it in and they fixed it so quickly and have me came back have them fixed it and cane out no problems. If there happen again I will have come back to this place again in future. I hope no more accident for me. Thank you so much Gerber members who work so hard and perfect on my car I loves it!!
