My experience could not have been better. The team advised me how to manage my claim with the other driver's insurance, kept me updated throughout the process and repaired my vehicle beautifully. I had been thinking about trading in my car for something newer and after the repair I was pleasantly surprised with the value of my car for a trade-in.

Stopped in with dent to back bumper from parking accident. Rather than charge me for large repair, Justin took the car in the garage, heated the bumper and pounded it out for free while I waited. Done in 15 minutes. Great Service!!

Exceptional service! Wow! A front desk person (Jennifer) who actually answers a phone, pleasant and helpful. Wow! A manager (Scott) who comes out and assesses the damage and takes his time in explaining the process. While no promises were made with the estimated time of completion, they worked hard to have the car ready when needed. Besides the clean exterior, they took time to clean the inside of the car. A+++ work all around! Thanks Gerber!

First time using Gerber Collison and if I ever need to again I will. From when I first called and spoke to Carrie to set up my appointment to meeting with Kevin for the estimate. Kevin also kept me up to date with actual call on the progress of the repair. When I picked up my vehicle, Kevin showed me all what they did. The repair was done perfectly and the did a great job of matching the paint color. If I have friends that need a repair I'll for sure refer them to Gerber Collision in Shakopee
