Gerber collision is by far the most honest auto repair shop I have ever delt with. I was completely unsure of what was wrong with my vehicle. I trusted Gerber to locate the problem and diagnose the situation. That's exactly what they did. Erica went above and beyond and helped me though this tough delema. Erica kept me updated throughout the procedure everyday. I felt everything would be taken care of and it was. My jeep rides better than ever now and I owe it to the hard work of Erica and the trusted team at Gerber collision. If anyone is ever looking for a collision shop this is the first and last place I would recommend. I am 100% satisfied with the repairs. Thank you Gerber collision for the amazing service, friendly atmosphere and overall terrific work.

I just picked up my Ford Explorer. Great job. But what I found truly exceptional was Gerbers customer service. While all of the employees in the office area were friendly, very helpful, one stood out. Jessica who handled my claim from appraisal through delivery was phenomenal. She kept me informed throughout the repair process, remembered details I initially mentioned and had forgotten and cleaned an area of my vehicle that was overlooked upon delivery. I don't often leave feedback, but this experience primarily do to Jessica compelled me. Thanks Jessica, no one wants to have collision work done but you made it pleasant and painless.

My car looks like it is brand new out of the shop! You can't tell that some jerk hit the bumper and left a hole the size of an Oreo in it. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone near Benton Harbor.
