Drear Reader! If you ever have a collision problem, I advice you to NOT look further than this place!! Considering the unfortunate non fault to us what so ever collision situation we had to go through again last year, and this time was with my husband Escape =(, we were rested and confidant that we will receive a supreme service from Rochester Hills Gerber Collision just how we expected!! Of course I asked to work with the manager Mike again! who wouldn't? You got to experience his service with your own eyes to believe it!!! Not to mention his front desk lady "Megan" who is diligent and incredibly kind person!! Wow! Wonderful work! The service tech even went out in the freezing cold to rub some yellow marker paint off a signal light. Also, somehow I forgot my cell phone and left it in the loaner the day I picked up my car. Barb ran out to the loaner, retrieved it and hand-carried it to me the next day when I stopped to pick it up so I wouldn't have to get out in the cold. Employees like Gerber has keep customers like me coming back.

On December 8, 2016, while driving my wife to a Doctor's appointment, I was involved in a rear end collision while stopped at a traffic light.. My vehicle was still drivable so I brought it to my local Gerber Collision in Washington, Twp. Because of the extent of the damage the sent it to a larger Gerber in Clinton Twp. At each location the people were pleasant, understanding, knowledgeable and eager to help me. This applies to both the store in Washington and especially the Clinton Twp location. The staff was courteous, polite and professional. The ladies at the front desk were always pleasant and understanding of my concern; most especially the lady that was assigned to me and kept me informed of the repair process weekly.
