This Woodhaven, MI Gerber shop did a great job on repairing the damage to my vehicle. They were helpful from the beginning, (assessing the damage), to the end, (returning my vehicle to me). They were very thorough in explaining the repairs, and the time needed to make those repairs. I got my vehicle back in a timely manner, repairs were done in a very professional way. This shop not only cleaned the outside of my vehicle, they went to the extra trouble of cleaning the interior of my vehicle!! What a nice surprise!!! From Ashley at the phone, to Shrita doing my assessment, to all the others in the shop, I say thank you for a professional and hassle-free experience.

Brought my car in today for an estimate, it turned out that all my fender needed was to be re-positioned as it shifted slightly. Will A. (general manager), assisted me and offered to have it done for free! He was honest enough to tell me that I do not have to file an unnecessary claim. Service is exceptional! I highly recommend this place!

My back bumper looks like brand new and they even replaced a burned out headlight bulb for me at no additional cost saving me an hour sitting at the dealership. Thanks so much for a pain free repair job starting from my claims rep at Progressive all the way through to the guys at Gerber. So very satisfied!
