I received outstanding service on my collision repairs . I had the most unexpected amazing experience. The team really went the extra mile for customer service . I was treated like a person , where the staff cares about the customer . I had extenuating circumstances and had to be driven home and the manager himself drove me home . I am outdone and grateful . I have used other services prior ie Suburan, etc mom and pop shops and this location of Gerber prior and by far found the changes the team spirit and the new Gerber management definitely superior in MI for auto repairs. These team players deserve outstanding recognition for their customer service from the Manager Taylor, JT, Cheryl the receptionist and the employees that made my car beautiful.
