From the moment I dropped off my van to the day I picked it up, the staff was competent, courteous, and eminently qualified. Some examples:. They gave daily updates on the progress of repairs. They set a reasonable goal for completion and finished repairs well ahead of schedule. They restored my van to like-new conditions Their customer-centric focus is best demonstrated by describing the events of the day I picked up my van from their shop. First of all a little about me. I am 75 years young. In my working years I was a quality control and ISO Lead Auditor Technician, Manager. So; when I came to Gerber collision that day, my senses were tuned in. I watched, listened, and talked to the employees around me. Boy, was I impressed. The detail of input of everyone. The paperwork and the repair job was outstanding. 100% Plus. I am so glad my insurance company has Gerber for their collision company. Sincerely
