Having never been in an accident requiring body work, I didn't know what to expect. I think they did a great job repairing the damage. It looks brand new. It was done in a reasonable time frame, about a week and a half. The people I spoke with were professional and efficient. It did take a couple of days after my scheduled appointment to dropped the car off for them to begin working on it. Since I was renting a car I would have liked to have know they wouldn't get to my car right away and taken two days of rent expenses off. My rental was very inexpensive so it was not a hardship but in the future I will know to ask about real time frames once my appointment date is closer. Overall a good experience and I would go back again in the future.

My husband and I took our SUV to Gerber Collision after hitting a deer. I picked up our vehicle this morning and it looked wonderful. I don't know if it's standard protocol for a collision place to do a thorough interior cleaning of the vehicle but I really appreciated how well they cleaned the interior of my vehicle. The staff were friendly and ready to to help. I would take my vehicle back again in the future if needed!...but hopefully I won't need their services anytime soon! "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might..." Ecclesiastes 9:10- first part of the verse.

My car looks amazing! The staff of Gerber were friendly, professional and easy to work with. I was given regular updates about the status of my repair and it was completed quickly. You can't even tell there was damage. They even detailed the interior!!! Customer Service at it's finest!
