THE FREMONT LOCATION IS TOP NOTCH. PERSONNEL AT THIS LOCATION ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. ASHLEY AND MIKE REALLY KNOW HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMER WITH UTMOST RESPECT AND EMPATHY. THE REPAIR TO MY 2014 EQUINOX WAS PERFECT. THE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMEND GERBER COLLISION TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. ANY FUTURE NEEDS FOR COLLISION REPAIR WILL BE REFERRED TO FREMONT GERBER COLLISION EXCLUSIVELY. THANK YOU.

Karen called me numerous times to follow up on every step of the process. The parts were ordered and arrived exactly as discussed, as well as the work, which was done when they said it would be finished. The work looked great.

i was extremely pleased with the service i received there...took my car in at 9 Am and they said they would try to have it done that day and they called me at 445 PM and said it was done ...course i was at work so i picked it up sat morning...the staff was extremely nice and several people greeting me on a first name basis which i like...i have recommended Gerber Collision to several friends at work ....never had a problem here and they have always exceeded my expectations of auto repair and timely delivery...could not have asked for anything better than Gerber Collision for my car repair... I will always use Gerber Collision for any repairs to both my cars. Thank you so much...
