The team at your Cadillac, MI facility did a great job at getting my vehicle back to me fast. They did a fantastic job that you could not tell it was in a collision. I had an OEM brush guard on that I thought could not be replaced, but they found one and replaced it. I thank them for a GREAT job!

Chris helped coordinated with our insurance company the recovery of our $500 deductible before we picked up my wife's car as the accident wasn't her fault. This, along with the like-new repairs of her damaged rear bumper, impressed me along with a tactic one of Gerber's competitors does; quote an after-market price for a part and get Ford to match the price. This saved our/our perpetrator's insurance company $155. Way to go "guys!"

Other than a tire sensor light that came on the way home I just put my vehicle in storage for the winter. As far as I can see everything looks great. Ashley in the office did an excellent job keeping me informed on the progress of my repairs on my 2012 Camaro. She is awesome!!!

Recently my son was in an accident on the other side of the state. After reading some of the online feedback about Gerber collision I sent my son there. From the very beginning they were polite and accommodating. Every time I called I was treated as if I was one of their best customers. When an issue over the a rental car arose, Jim at Gerber took care of the problem. For any parent with kids in the area, this is the collision place for you.

A few years ago, I had a similar repair done to the front bumper at Hansen Collision in Holland (Water Tower Court). Although I now live in Rockford, I was so pleased with the work done, that I was willing to drive to have it done on the back bumper. I was surprised to find out Hansen was bought by Gerber. Upon a little research, I learned that Gerber had many facilities, including the one in Rockford. Between the purchase of Hansen, and the size of Gerber, I knew my car would have quality work done on it. Looking at the bumper, I can't even tell it was damaged. Thank-you for the quality work!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The service was quick and they went out of their way to give me a ride home after I dropped off my car. My car looks so amazing and they did such a great job with the body work! It looks like a whole new car and even better than when I first got the car a few years ago. The inside was completely detailed and clean. The outside was even buffed or polished becaue I haven't ever seen it look that clean and shiny. I am very happy with the service from Gerber collision. thanks!

This is my second time at this location - Hansen and Gerber. Each time the courtesy has been impeccable. Repair time has always been shorter than estimated....and the job is amazing!
