Absolutely excellent service and workmanship. Staff was very courteous; was able to make appointments very quickly for the evaluation and the work that needed to be done. The workmanship was superior. My Grand Cherokee repair work looked perfect AND was pleasantly surprised to find my car was detailed when I picked it up. I would use this Gerber location again and would highly recommend them. Five Stars.

We are completely satisfied with the repair Gerber Collision made on our Kia. You went above and beyond and touched up a few scratches our kid's bikes made to the car.

The whole experience with Gerber was great. I had an appointment to meet for an estimate and there was no waiting, Kelvin was very courteous and professional and explained everything that needed to be fixed. My vehicle was ready when they said it would be and looked great. They even contacted the rental car agency to set up a time to pick me up and notified them when I would be returning the car to them. I had an overall great experience with Gerber Collision.

I appreciate the prompt, courteous service that Mike and Karen provide at the Newaygo Location. I own Newaygo Insurance Agency down the street from them. We refer as many customers to them as possible due to the way they are treated by Gerber Collision Newaygo. We appreciate the way they take care of our agency and our customers! Thanks Mike and Karen!

Great and efficient service. They did a great job of explaining the options available to us (molding/trim was coming off the side of our Suburban), and recommending what made sense, while not trying to steer us toward a particular decision. They were efficient doing the work. The car looked great. They washed it and vacuumed out the inside -- better than we could have done!

Chris L. was awesome to deal with and made the experience much better. He has a way to make people feel good about the repairs. He handled everything with Farm Bureau insurance and called me with updates as the repairs were made. Thanks Chris!

Unfortunately this is the second time in a year we had to use this collision service. Everyone is very friendly & most of all they stood behind their timing estimate. Our vehicle was done on time & looked great. I hate that some companies say anything to just get you in the door & then you're stuck. Gerber made this difficult situation easy to deal with. We definitely will go back if another oppps happens. Thanks to the whole team.
