I am really impressed with the quality of service I got to fix my car. #1 I had a call from Duane or Perez every day to let me know a status on my car. But that wasn't what has inspired me to write to you. Duane made sure my license plates where on right (front-back needed switched they were backwards) I had no idea I had them on wrong. You guys actually made my car look better after it left your shop then when i pulled it out of the lot with 5 miles on it Nice work. My interior was awesome. I asked for these names bc I was so impressed with the quality of service. Please thank Duane Perez Holly Ashley and Kelly for helping me get my car finished ASAP. Not to mention the little details like calling enterprise for me while I was outside showing the damages etc. I was able to get to work in time bc you took the extra step to call in a car ... rental while I was busy. that was really thoughtful and awesome. I am not sure I will take my car anywhere else to get fixed for now on. Thank you for making this so easy. I am not a car person (I code websites) but man you guys made me feel 100% comfortable and confident that my new car was in great hands. It is much appreciated.' read more

Im extremely happy with my recent experience with True2Form in March 2011 at your Crofton Maryland location. Jennifer Messer handled my claim and did an excellent job. Throughout the entire process, everyone was professional and keep me updated on my repairs. I was able to get my van back in less than a week and the bodywork and paint job were perfect... they even cleaned the inside of my van! Their attention to detail was amazing and I'm so happy with the repairs. I was unable to access the web site on-line survey for the repair of my vehicle…both for the previous and new repairs done by the College Park True2Form shop. Please accept this as my customer satisfaction survey. Since I could not access the survey, I have no idea what the questions on the survey are relating to the Likert type rating scale, but I will assume 1 – 10 denotes customer satisfaction with 10 being completely or extremely satisfied. I would give this establishment a 10 on ALL questions provided they pertained to; Quality of work, Customer satisfaction, Completeness of repair, Timeliness of repair, Employee attitude, response, courtesy, ethics, and/or congeniality I would be remiss if I did not specifically mention the helpfulness, interest, and personal concerns of Holly Gingell in keeping me abreast of repairs and ... coordination with USAA (insurance company). Her help made a terrific difference in my faith and confidence in the repair process. Her knowledge of the repair process and requirements proved invaluable to my satisfaction and I would surmise that she is one of True2Forms greatest assets. Also noteworthy was Kelley Teets management of the administrative process…Thanks to all. I hope that this survey and comments reach the appropriate personnel. It is quite evident that True2Form focuses on “customer satisfaction”. I hope not to have any more accidents but if I do…please save a spot for me. read more
