He explained exactly what they would do to my van to put it back together. "The service I received from True2Form in Laurel, and especially from you, is truly one of the best experiences I've had with any store/organization. From the moment I first spoke to the scheduler to make my first appointment to the moment that my work was complete, I was received with great customer service, courtesy, willingness to help, very nice personnel who all greeted me with a smile (even the techs who didn't work with me), and very knowledgeable folks willing to answer all my questions. You especially were awesome! Superb customer service skills, excellent personal communication, showing confidence in how you present yourself and your company yet always providing a friendly smile that allowed me to feel very comfortable, and a knowledge base that obviously made you the "go to" guy in your shop -- you had it all! ... And what really impressed me was that you treated me like I was your only customer and my time is very valuable. I noticed that when I was waiting for the new part to be installed onto my Honda, and you kept checking to see how I was doing and finding out how much longer I would have to wait. I was very impressed. I'm sure you love your job, but I wouldn't be surprised if you were snatched for another higher-level job with more responsibility that takes advantage of your leadership skills. The car accident was very upsetting to me by me having Geico car insurance who recomented True2Form for my car repair has made things for me easier too deal with .'
