MD - 1123 Old North Point Rd, Dundalk - 3/19/14

After my 02 Chrysler Town & Country was damaged by a hit and run driver. I called the police and Geico and was told to take it to a place in Curtis Bay for the estimate.Then they called and said to bring it in ti Gerber and the Geico adjuster would look at it there. I live in Pasadena and had to pass at least 2 repair places to get to you. When my husband,John and i arrived there was a man laying on the entry ramp after falling,Your employees were doing all they could for him and we were impressed by that,Christopher S. was the Geico estimator and we could see there was unexpected things happening.We were invited to wait inside.While we waited we met Jodie and Ashlea and they were just so kind and compassionate,they both answered all questions that were asked of them promptly and with great people skills.It's easy for people to get ... angry or frustrated and there must be times when it gets taken out on the first face they see. We saw none of that.I can honestly say that everyone we met was awesome. Jodie ,Ashlea,and Chris were a pleasure to speak to and went out of their way to make sure we understood everything that was happening.All this even before we had decided to have Gerber do the repairs to the van.When John and I were done with the part Christopher does, the choice of the repairs would be done were up to us. We could have gone back over the Key bridge to one of the closer shops and saved on gas and tolls but the interactions we had with Chris,Jodie,and Ashlea was what made us choose Gerber Collision. My van looks great and I am very happy with all the work your whole team did. I have and will continue to recommend Gerber to people i know and I would choose you guys over any other place.The first people you meet when you go somewhere you have never been,often is how you see and judge that place and Jodie and Ashlea make you guys look really good. I think the service was very stellar !!! My vehicle looks as if there was never anything wrong with it. The estimator Mr. Al B did a great job on the car and on making sure he explained what they had to do to my car. I was extremely happy with the service at Gerber Collision the bumper was fixed and looked brand new. What a extra bonus when they brought the Car out that it was clean on the outside and the inside looked like a professional detail job.
