I was impressed with the quick turnaround. Also a great guy, who's name escaped me, took time to explain the details of the fix. He could tell I found it really interesting. I would of course use Gerber again since you are the folks my insurance company, of 21 years, trusts.

The service was outstanding. I was updated everyday on the status of my vehicle. I was also called and asked if I would like to fix minor things on my vehicle. Which was good because I was able to kill two birds with one stone. After receiving my vehicle, I had a minor problem with one of the items, I called and the gerber representative by the name of Al told me I could bring it back right now that they would handle it their and then. Which they did he also followed up to see, if everything was alright after taking it home again. I thought the experience was great and that, the representative represented the company in a professional manner.
