The staff at Gerber was very professional through the whole process. They called me twice a week to give me updates on their progress and kept in touch with the rental car company to let them know how long I would need the rental for. They always seemed very happy and upbeat. It took a lot of stress off of me and my car was ready ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone needing body work to their vehicles.

I have never received such great customer service as I did from All Gerber Representatives especially Perez W. my daughter attends the YUniversity of Maryland and unfortunately was in a car accident and I am in New York and dealt with Gerber . I felt that Perez really cared and was so sincere in every phone call she made to me. Thank You Gerber collision , I will look for your company and Recommend you to all my friends, I also sent a note to Liberty Mutual telling them how great everyone at Gerber is.
