The service at this Branch was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I never had to wonder about what was going to be done to my vehicle, how long it was going to take or when it was going to be done. It was an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. Matt was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Lamont kept me informed at every stage of the process. They got me in and out in less than a week, and the job was very well done. I would recommend this branch to anyone who needs collision services.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing ...did I say Amazing ... :-) service. I love this location and the staff that works there. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and very patient. They kept me up-to-date on the progress of my repair, which I loved. They even washed and vacuumed my car. I must say again amazing customer service. I wish I had more than five star to rate them. I will say that their service was above and beyond what I had expected. I highly, highly recommend service at this location. I will definitely take my vehicle back there again if I ever need to in the future.

I came just to get an estimate for my car door and have the repairs done else where. We ended up having the work done with you guys. We were squeezed into an already busy schedule and told when to drop the car off and that the repair would take a week. We were then called a couple days later and told to bring the car in earlier and the work was done in 2 days. Brandon our estimator, the gentleman (im sorry I dont rememeber his name but I think he was a manager) and all the employees were great to work with. I loved how everyone that walked by smiled and said hello. I will definatly recommend Gerber to anyone needing work.

This was the best and most efficient shop that I've see in the area. The quality of the work is exceptional - I'm in the aerospace industry. The Service Manager, Amy C., was friendly, engaging, and the most repeated word in our conversation was "quality". I'm very satisfied with the repair and glad that we got to trust you with my daughter's car at the Gambrills, MD Facility. This shop really cares about the customer and are very proud of their work, I would qualify it as 'holistic".
