I had a wonderful experience with the repair of my car, special thanks to Perez and Doug. They were both extremely professional, polite and courteous. Perez was very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Perez made me feel like I was a very important person and was attentive to every one who walked through the door. Doug was very knowledgeable and he did an excellent job explaining every step of the repair process in a way that I could understand. He did an outstanding job answering all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Doug delivered my car in superb condition and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Excellent customer service! Obtained damage on the roof of my vehicle during a windstorm. I filed a claim with my insurance company and Gerber was suggested as a local collision and glass expert in the area (I was also recommended by a friend at work). Friendly, courteous, and fair throughout the process and they had my car completed 2 days earlier than anticipated.
