I was very pleased when I picked up my car. They did a wonderful job fixing it and the car was very clean. Had the most amazing experience ever at Gerber Collision and Glass of Catonsville Md. Kelly and Don turned an already stressful situation into an easy "no fuss", "we will handle everything for you" experience. My vehicle damage was quickly and thoroughly assessed and I was contacted right away with a full report and plan of action to get the necessary repairs done and to get me back in the drivers seat ASAP. I was updated regularly and often as to the progress of my vehicle as well as an estimated day of completion. Not only was my vehicle finished AHEAD of schedule but the work done went above and beyond what I was even expecting ! I took my car to Gerber Collision and Glass to have repairs made due to a fender bender. Dropped the car off on Monday, and it was ready by Thursday. Donald was friendly, helpful and efficient. He explained everything they were going to do from beginning to end. Kelley is wonderful as well. Either she or Donald called me daily giving me a progress report on the work. Best experience I've ever had in regards to automobile maintenance. Thanks guys for the really good job!

We took our 2010 Kia Forte in after our daughter had a minor accident for repairs to the front bumper and headlight when I first drove up to the car I noticed that the outside had been thoroughly cleaned to my surprise I got out to check the repairs and noticed the inside had been done too upon checking the repairs which were done perfectly I noticed they repaired some bad scratches and painted on the passenger side door that had already been there for some time and replaced the pinstripes on the car that were not there on the driver side with out being ask too at no extra charge we were in awe. This is the type of Company that you wish you could find and I am glad we did not only were the repairs off the chart the service was just as great they kept us up to date without us ever making a call and were always so nice and pleasant to talk ... read more
