Good Morning, I want to thank Julia G. Great customer service. She kept me updated everyday as to what was going on with the repairs. I would definitely recommend this shop also for repairs. The office staff is great. As soon as you walk in they greet you with a smile. They're very professional. The body and paint crew did a fantastic job on my car. The first time I had to utilized this shop someone in my complex had vandalize my car. The other staff member was very helpful. I was traumatize. She help me in so many ways by consoling me first and working with me daily until the repairs were done. She sits at the front computer as you walk in. Please forgive me with not remembering the name. I do remember the great service. GREAT JOB!! I would definitely recommend this location.

I was recently involved in a car accident and the insurance company recommended Gerber Collision and Glass. Being involved in an accident was stressful enough and the thought of dealing with the repairs seemed daunting. It was not, thanks to Gerber. Nico W. was amazing and guided me through the process. He was kind and took the time to explain what would happen, when and an estimated timeline. He kept me informed along the way. The staff at the office were kind and the space was clean. My car looks brand new. They took the time to clean and vacuum my car! They even took the rental at the end so I didn't have to find someone to help me. They took a stressful experience and turned it to a positive one! I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone. What a great experience! I am beyond impressed with your customer service. My daughter had body work done on her 2021 Honda CRV and things looked like new. And after a long drive there was an issue with the cruise control. They advised her to get it checked and they would cover any cost. If we need any body work or glass we will definitely be looking for a Gerber dealership. Thank you for being so professional.

It began as an ordinary trip to the grocery store. As I was parking, I looked at my side mirror. It had become unhinged and barely on it's base. I was very upset. I prayed to God for guidance. I drove to snuffer school road an saw Gerber & Collision and Glass. I pulled in saying to myself over and over "Thank you lord". With mirror in hand I was warmly greeted by the staff. I told her of my situation and she smiled and said, I'll get someone to help you right away. About fifteen minutes later, Mr.Ron Santos greeted me with a handshake and a smile. I was told to have a seat and to make myself comfortable. And 30 minutes later, he returned with a big smile saying you're good to go, ma'am. My experience with Gerber & Collision Glass was great. Today my son took his 2011 chevy equinox to get an estimate on a repair to the front valance bumper, & Ron the technician performed the work. He was able to use the original bumper, & attach it to the car. Ron, our technician, refused to accept any payment for his service & kindness to us, & we can not say enough how appreciative we are, especially since my son was laid off from his job, several months ago, & I was going to pay for the repair. I would have no hesitation in recommending GERBER COLLISION to anyone who needs glass/repair services on their cars. We have used GERBER COLLISION several times in the past yrs., on both of our cars. My car suffered damage from a rear end collision. There was more damage than expected but the team at Gerber in Jessup did an amazing job in repairing. The bonus was the extra cleaning and wash-up such that my car looks brand new. Special thanks to Ms. Lizzette F. who was overseeing and expedited the repair. Great job! Thank you!

I went to visit the shop and was met by a very nice gentleman, Nico W. I was interested in getting an estimate and a possible date for repair. Mr. Wade asked me if I had 30 minutes to wait. He repaired my car immediately. He was very knowledgeable and kind. This speaks volumes for this shop and Mr. Wade.
