Steve, my contact at Gerber was very pleasant and a joy to work with. honest and accurate assessment. All the personnel I came in contact with, including the ladies up front were friendly, courteous and very professional. The repair job is perfect. can't tell that anything ever happened to my truck. Highly recommend Gerber for all collision repairs. My thanks to all. I'll hopefully not have another reason to visit them, but if I have another accident, I'll go back to Gerber.

Great people. Excellent service. I especially liked the regular updates. They give such a personal touch. Having the enterprise rental right there made it a seamless experience. Such a nice guy there, too! My van was returned in beautiful pristine condition. We had a similar good experience with your Baton Rouge store. Always excellent service! Can't thank you enough.

We went around and got 3 different quotes and chose Gerber because they agreed to have our body work complete in a week. We needed a fast turn around because we were moving into a new home. I was extremely satisfied with the work and expediency of the repair. I would recommend any of our friends here!

Jesse S. the customer service representative was EXCELLENT!! She went above and beyond for me and my needs. She made sure I was getting the best care for my car.
