Repair work was superior. Also, the front desk ladies greeting you and handling signup for repairs, were OUTSTANDING. They were very freindly, courteous and handling situation promptly. Gerber did a real good job on my bumper and repairing my vehicle after my accident. However I noticed while driving that the steering wheel isn't aligned like before I had the accident. Andrew kept me updated on the status of my car. He was very personable. I will contact him regarding my steering wheel.

My car door window was repaired quickly and the genuine customer service was outstanding. They definitely helped turn my bad day around. I can't thank them enough.
