My first time at Gerber Collision was really a smooth and easy ride. The staff was welcoming and they attended to my car in a very professional and polished manner that left me feeling like they would give it back rightly done. And yes, it was! ...in 3 days as promised! After a week I hand-washed the car and noticed something that looked like paint overspray - but in an area that didn't correspond with the job. Hmmm. I had just purchased the car a few months earlier so I had a tiny little doubt about it being there before; but I brought it to them, they took it in the back and fixed it, washed it, and brought it back to me on the spot! I found out then that they had to paint this additional piece across the door as part of the job but missed it on the estimate and didn't charge me for any of it. So yes, five stars!
