Everyone at this location is very friendly, professional and efficient. The repair I had done was "under promised and over delivered". The parts were on hand when I dropped off the car and they initially thought it would take 3-5 days. I dropped off at 11:00 on Monday and got a call on Tuesday saying the car was ready. Everything was done to perfection. Rebecca and Charles are top notch employees!

Just picked up my 2013 Lexus LS460, and it (low front bumper curb rash) looks GREAT! Actually, I expected no less in that both of our autos have been repaired previously at this store, and the work has always been excellent. Nice staff who is skilled at their craft, and I thank you for the service!

Gerber repaired my vehicle in Orlando and drove it back to me in Leesburg. After a few weeks the vehicle began to have what everyone thought was electrical issues. I took it the Leesburg location to have them look at it. They were so wonderful, friendly, kind, honest and helpful. Especially Tiffany but also the mechanics and support staff. I highly recommend them and thank them for quickly determining that the battery cable was loose. Problem solved in ten minutes. Thank you!!!!!

On Dec. 3, 2024, I was in an accident that damaged the front left fender of my 2017 Ford Focus. I took my car to Gerber in Leesburg, FL on Dec. 4. Everyone at Gerber was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful from Rebecca, the receptionist & Tiffany, the estimator, to the employees that delivered my repaired car. I was informed twice a week about the progress of the repairs which were completed Dec. 18, one week before Christmas! Gerber worked seamlessly with my insurance company, USAA. The car looks like a new car & it drives even better than when it was new! Thanks to everyone at Gerber for a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing car repair.

I had my Hyundai Tuscon driver front door and associated molding repaired after being hit in a parking lot. It now looks perfect and all of the associated Tuscon safety features function as new. All of the Gerber staff, from booking the repair estimate, vehicle drop off, to pickup with final inspection were great. Cassadie Perkins, the estimator, in particular exemplified great customer service. She was efficient, very knowledgeable and was very accommodating, even offered to stay later for my vehicle pickup if required. Thanks Cassadie!!
