My wife and I brought in our car that had front and back bumper damage. Both bumpers were barely hanging on. Michael W. gave us an estimate and went ahead and reattached the bumpers at no charge so we could at least drive it. We made our future appointment for the needed repairs and were able to get back on the road thanks to Michael.

I had several collisions in my life, and I got my car back numerous times, but I never got it back like that . So here are the things I was wowed by - car looks like brand new from outside and all the repairs are done - car is detailed , I mean detailed. I am a smoker and my car smells like brand new from the inside.- i have a dog, and go to the dog park where she swims, and had some towls laying on the back seat. - everything is clean, no dog hair on site and the towls are folded nice and need in my trunk. If I truly should give an accurate rate i would give a 20, but the highest number is a 5.

The repair to my collision damage was flawless. Spencer performed an excellent job in keeping me informed of the progress on my repair, and walking me through my repaired vehicle. I will definitely use Gerber Collision again, if the need arises.
