The best repair shop I have ever had service at in my life. The body work was excellent and my vehicle looks like a show room floor model. The customer service was 10 stars! I was updated via email, phone call, and text on the status of my vehicle. The staff went over the top when they learned I had to leave town to finalize the adoption of my child. The staff stayed late to ensure that I had my car and didn't have to worry about it while I was traveling. I would personally like to recognize the manager Rick W. Great customer service and it is easy to see that he goes the extra mile for his customers!

This was our first experience with collision repair, and my husband and I were really pleased. The staff was very personable. They were thorough with the explanation of the repair that would be made, and when we picked up our car, thorough with what was done on our car and how to care for the repaired surface. We also like the update we received on our vehicle's repair and appreciated that our car was repaired in the estimated time which helped us go on with our daily lives without added stress. We can see why our insurance company, USAA, directed us to Gerber. Thank you. ***This was our experience in Valparaiso, IN. My first feedback was incorrectly for some place in Kentucky, I think. Gerber in Valparaiso, IN deserves a pat on the back for such quality service!

I was originally scheduled by central office on a Saturday-I got stood up cause muncie office is closed Saturday. I got my vehicle back and it "looked good" trunk lid rubbed the new bumper and he paint off of it-another trip or two. Everyone is Very Nice and my experience has been overall pleasant.

I usually like to wait about a month before giving feedback on services. Gerber repaired my as I had a run in with a deer. The deer survived, but my car was damaged. Gerber Collision has great customer services reps. I was informed in details by Jeffrey on what needed to be repaired. I felt as if I've known him for years he was so caring, professional, and available. My repair work was top notch! I would definitely use them again if needed again.

From the first call, front desk greeting, assessment of the damage, estimate, scheduling of work, coordination with rental company and text updates throughout the process, the service was top-notch! I had extensive damage to the front of our car. The texts and workers at Gerber were very patient, and really took the time to do a great job. Courtney, especially, really helped us out, by giving us updates on what the car needed to have done, and allowing us to have input in any of its repairs. We really appreciate the work that Gerber has done on this repair, and other repairs.

Just need to take a moment to thank you guys for great service. An unfortunate rear end collision had me sent to Gerber for a repair, and I start to finish was taken care of. Frequent updates and friendly people, they even noticed some non-collision related marks on the bumber and fixed those too. Would highly recommend.
