I've used Gerber one other time with a great experience then and wasn't disappointed this time. They took care of all the details and did a wonderful job repairing my car after a hail storm caused damage. The fact that they are in the preferred list for my insurance definitely was a plus!

Michael R. was right on top of the process from the start . Very informative and I felt he was very knowledgeable. He kept me in toon with the whole process and got my car done 10 days before he said . I will use Michael and Ferber again without a doubt but hope I don't have the need to !!
