I was in a minor fender bender. The other persons' insurance agreed to pay for the damages, thank goodness. If I used one of their providers I would not even have to pay my deductible. Given it was around the holidays I was excited about this prospect. The insurance company suggested Gerber and another company. However, I also was a bit wary that insurance companies, like so many other companies and organizations, often look at the bottom line (costs) rather than the quality of the service and repair. I thought I would look around a bit before I made a decision. I did my research and found Gerber had a very high rating locally AND nationally. That is rare. So I went ahead a scheduled the service. They said it could take up to a week, then with the holidays, landing as they did, it could take a little longer. I wasn't too worried, since I ... was able to obtain a rental car. I took my car in and the people were amazingly kind and sincere (another rarity these days). I loved how Gerber kept in contact by text. I got a phone call on the fourth day and they actually had my car ready, 3-6 days early! When does that happen? I picked it up and they helped clean off my car (it had snowed most of the day). Are you kidding me??? These guys rock took my truck in on a tue and had over $5000.00 in damages fixed by sat morning. Truck looks brand new again, thanks for the super fast and awesome work. Saves me from listening to my wife complain about me wrecking her truck lol

Let me start out by saying that I love my Ford Edge and his name is Emmett. Well, the wind didn't love Emmett quite as much as I did and in the epic battle of car door vs. stone pillar, the pillar won. Emmett was scarred and thanks to Gerber, he's as good as new. The dent in the door was very noticeable and it was chipping paint. Gerber was excellent from the very first step of getting an estimate (to help see if it was worth filing a claim with my insurance), to helping scheduled a rental car with Enterprise and getting Emmett in for repair quickly. Danielle made sure I knew what was going on with Emmett at all times and she was so easy to work with. My car was repaired quickly and when I saw Emmett, it was as if nothing ever happened. The paint is perfectly blended and he looks great. Out of 5 stars, I wish I could give Gerber a 10. I'm ... very happy with the service I've received and the workmanship.
