Gerber fixed my bumper faster than expected with OEM parts. I was given updates regarding my vehicles status and a rental car agent was able to pick me up during my 2 day repair. Upon returning home, new paint scratches were noted on my vehicle next to where the repair had been done. Gerber got me back in quickly under their lifetime guaranty and made it right. Thank you! I am glad to have my van back to normal.

I picked Gerber Collision because it was in Progressives Network. I also liked knowing that they backed their work with a warranty. I can be a picky person, but I'm really glad I picked them! Recently I got into a small accident causing some damage to my rear bumper. All parties involved (Progressive, Geico, Enterprise, and Gerber) were all great and on top of keeping me in the loop. The process was short, sweet, and simply. I am very happy with the outcome of their work. The bumper shows no signs of the scuffs/ scratches and the color match is perfect!

This Gerber Collision location was incredible. They went above and beyond every step of the way. Not only with us. But with our insurance company as well as our car rental. They took care of everything and always kept us up to date and informed on the progress with our car. When we got our car back it looked brand new. In an era where customer service is a thing of the past it is alive and well there. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Thank you.

The customer service from the lady Sabrina I received was phenomenal. She explained more information to me than my own insurance while I was waiting for my estimate. She told me she could make a reservation for me, communicate questions from insurance on my behalf and she made this entire bad situation more comfortable for me so I could get back some normalcy in my life. The estimator gentleman Michael was just as great, he explained the repairs necessary and even prepared me that other damages might be possible rather than telling me what I might of wanted to hear he explained the process very professional and in depth. Although the repairs were going to take longer than I would of liked I think the way they handled my process was genuine and worth waiting.
