After I totalled my Jeep, my Allstate agent could not be bothered to reply to an email or to follow up with me regarding ANYTHING. The people at Gerber, where my Jeep was taken, on the other hand, were so kind, helpful and supportive. Ellie has been my go-to person for the past three weeks, and I will always be grateful for her. I had never had an accident, so this was new territory for me and Ellie helped get me through it. I hope I never need another major car repair, but if I do, I know where the car will go.

OK, Asa and MARIO was pretty cool and so was Miss front desk lady I don't remember her name when I fussed about not staying in the loop as submitted his personal business just keep me in the loop after that and they did a beautiful job on My Car that's the first thing I looked at when I walked in the building was my car yay

This is my second time having work done at your place. The workmanship is the best ever. I highly recommend your Company to everyone. I would like to make mention of two women working there, Stephanie, (estimator,) and Kelly CSR I honestly have to say I felt like I was with family and friends. They treated me so kindly. Everything was explained to me and they made sure that I understood everything! . Both women were very attentive to answering all my questions. Their professionalism and kindness was very impressive to me. Thank you again for the good work!

This is my second experience with Gerber Collision and I am truly impressed with their customer service, especially with Brandy and Coco. They make you feel welcomed, cared about, and are excellent at communicating. The repairs were perfect and I would recommend them to anyone. I'm hoping not to need any more repairs in the future, but if it happens, I will definitely be returning to Gerber Collision. Thank you for excellent customer service!!!
