My elderly mother got into a car accident and drove the car away from the scene, but wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. We made an unscheduled appearance at Gerber Collision and asked if someone could at least check her car over to see if it was safe to drive. This was around lunch time, and we were met very cordially by Seth, and he was very willing to make an appointment for a full estimate, and do a quick look to see if it was driveable. It was not safe for us to drive back home, and then he was very helpful in guiding us through the process to get a claim started and when we were having trouble making a car rental reservation on the national line, Mindy helped us cut through the red tape to get to speak to the local office. Although at first I was disappointed in how long the estimated repair would take, Gerber-Anderson was so very helpful! They kept me updated weekly on my repairs via text and personal phone call. The moment my car was done they called me personally. It got done before the estimated finish date. The work was great quality and they even explained to me how they were working diligently to make sure all my safety features worked properly. They were nothing but respectful, considerate, and kind. I'm thankful for my experience and will highly recommend them to anyone in need or auto body repairs. Thanks Gerber!

Great place to deal with and even better service. Got a call 2 times a week with updates on the repairs to my vehicle which was nice. Dealing with the staff was great and was nice to be walked through the repairs when the car was done. My car turned out great. Will take my car back again if I ever need repairs in the future.
