Excellent service, quick teamwork acknowledged, good turnaround time, good communication. Of note, as a fellow ground level worker in a different industry, quick story. I had an appointment for early August set, and was unable to make it due to cancelled air flights back into town; I completely missed the appt and was apologetic trying to get back in ASAP. They stated no problem, and gave me another appointment for an evaluation. Later, when I came in a few minutes early for the eval, they had me wait till appt time to ensure that everything was ready and set for the employees. I LOVE that your business protects your employees time, does not rush them, does not pressure them to "make it work" for the sake of trying to please a customer.
