I recently had my truck body repaired at Gerber and was surprised by the experience. First of all, it was spotless and felt like I was in a medical clinic. This body shop thing was new to me and I think Manager Ron Bice picked up on my nervousness (my dumb questions). He patiently and professionally answered all my questions, easing my mind. I received update calls as promised and picked up my truck on time as promised. This place is unbelievable!! I couldn't have been treated any better and my truck looks great, too! I will definitely tell all my friends/family about Ron and his great staff.

I would like to thank you for the excellent service I received while at your highland store. I called in and spoke to danielle about multiple chips on the windshield of my car, I explained to her that I would have to take off from work in order to leave my vehicle. Danielle said she would gladly drive me to work and pick me up when the repairs were complete. Couldn't be happier with the service and the repairs I recieved from Bob and Danielle on my 2007 Chevy Cobalt. I would highly recommend the Gerber Collision & Glass in Highland to anyone I know. My very first phone call to Gerber was great. Each person made me feel as if they already knew me. I have never had to get repairs to my car due to accident, but the customer service I recieved over the phone was outstanding. I spoke with Danille who was great, she worked with me listened to me and made me feel very comfortable that my car was going to be picked up taken care of. Paperwork was completed, Bob called to double check to make sure the repairs that needed to be completed wer're done. Gerber even contacted me to let me know the progress of my repairs. I didn't think the car would be ready for at least two weeks. Well my car was done less than seven days. Wow I couldn't believe it! I must say if your car is ever in a collision or in need of repairs you have to call Gerber a company who will take car of you and your car to the ... best of their ability. I must say I wanted to keep the car rental a little longer since it was top of the line 2011 dodge, but when I picked up my Dodge from Gerber and I drove it away I felt like I had to of the line too! read more

Recently, I had some body repair and painting work performed on my Toyota RAV 4 at the Valparaiso, IN shop. I also had similar work performed in 2011 on the same vehicle. In both cases the work was estimated and followed by Jason Kranz who demonstrated a high level of professional and customer service and communication skills. He provided a complete description of the work and answered vaious questions. He made the necessary arrangements for a rental vehicle for us while the car was in the shop. He also stayed beyond closing time as I was late to pickup the vehicle. I am a satisfied customer who will return in the future if this type of work is needed and will tell others about this favorable experience. Finally, the quality of the work was excellent.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Bob kept me notified of progress on my vehicle's repairs and I knew exactly when I'd be able to pick the car up. The price they estimated was the final price of the repairs. No hidden charges. Definitely will use them again if needed.

I give the Highland Gerber 10s across the board! I am exceptionally pleased. Everyone was pleasant, kind and efficiant. I would refer all my friends or even anyone that asked me. I am very pleased. My car looks beautiful and I will come back if I ever have an accident again. I even took their cards to put up on my church bulletin board and at work.

I had an accident with my SRT-4 Neon a few weeks ago. I contacted Gerber Collision and the receptionist, Danielle, was so helpful. She was able to walk me through the claims process to get the ball rolling on my repairs. I had never been in an accident before so I was completely clueless about how to go about doing this and getting my car back on the road. When I walked in I was greeted by the GM Bob, surprisingly cheerfully for it being 7:30 AM. He explained that the rest was up to his staff and not to worry. I was in and out of their office (to drop off my car) in minutes because of how organized their paperwork process was. Rick wrote me a detailed estimate and informed me as soon as he knew what the damages really were. Rick and Danielle updated me every other day about my car's progress. I was glad to be kept informed and not in the ... dark the whole time. On top of that, car ended up getting done before the original date I was told. I even got picked up by them to come get my car because I did not have a ride. The car looked amazing. The staff was amazing. The whole experience was amazing. I hardest part of the whole thing was avoiding the accident! Everything from there was smooth sailin'. I'm glad I didn't take my car anywhere else. read more
