I have had to use Gerber collision two times. I came back the second time because they were so amazing and organized the first time. They always go above and beyond and keep in touch with me. My contact has always been with Aileen and Scott. I highly recommend Gerber collision in Cedar Lake. They exceeded all my expectations.

Our car had been repaired at this facilty in the past. Exactly, the service was great and the paint matched perfectly! Someone had hit the passenger side mirror recently, cracking the cover. Joe went above and beyond assisting me in getting the right part ordered. When part came in,I brought to him and he replaced it for me for nothing, based on my past patronage. you have a customer for life based on the quality of work and how they take care of their customers. If your is in need of a body shop, Gerber in Chesterton is the place to go. Joe is awesome!

Fantastic experience all around. Junea at the desk was awesome. She is a fantastic communicator, and truly cares about customer experience. Seth and Ryan in Anderson, where my body work was done, communicated updates frequently. The job took a couple days longer than expected but that was not a problem because your team always had updates for me. Great job!! I hope I never do business with you again :). But, if any of my friends or coworkers need work, I will absolutely refer them to Gerber.

What a great experience. Rarely do you find great customer service anywhere. Greg and Bob were awesome, keeping in touch with me every step of the way and taking time to answer all my questions and explain the repair process to me.
