100 percent wonderful service from initial phone call setting up estimate appointment to car return. Car was repaired earlier than expected....yahoo! All employees were so nice, friendly. Car looks great. Very pleased with all aspects of their service. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing repair.

GREAT work! My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. This was my first accident and I've been driving for 30 years. They held my hand through the entire process. I especially liked that they called me every couple of days with updates. Kudos!!! BTW, my insurance company is Allstate, but the company that paid for my damage was Indiana Farm Bureau.

On 1/24/13 i brought my car in for collision repair. My car was complete on 2/21/13. Gerber did a good job of keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle until the very end toward completion. I would rate them a 9 on a scale of 1-10.
